Woodlands/Market Street is the third clinic from a caring hands-on owner who would like to invite you to come join our brand new team.

From booking appointments through our Millenium system to selling our wellness program, Front Desk Associates are responsible for the impression our guests take with them. A successful associate is a person who loves to learn, believes in teamwork, and desires an opportunity to create the best possible guest and coworker experience.

We are looking for smart and energetic personalities to serve our brand new membership-based therapeutic massage and facial spa in the Woodlands (near The Woodlands Mall). At our Massage Envy location our goal is to be the best of the best! Just exactly how are we going to do that? By employing the best possible team available.

    Principal Duties include:

  • Ensuring the comfort, safety and value of customer experiences with Massage Envy

  • Communicating effectively with guest and members regarding their therapeutic needs for massage and facial skin care

  • Selling memberships, Gift Cards and Retail Products

  • Answering phone calls and setting appointments

  • Greeting members and guests and ensuring satisfaction

  • Clerical duties including typing, filing and sorting

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the entire center

  • Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management

Applicants must assert the ability to work a variable schedule for an assigned shift between 15-20 hours each week during our normal business hours of 8am-10pm Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday. Qualified candidates will:

Education, Skills and Training:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Possess basic math and cash handling experience.

  • Have strong phone and computer skills.

  • Extensive retail customer service experience

  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

  • Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities

  • Effective communicator

  • Ability to multi-task in a retail setting and work cohesively with others

  • Outgoing personality

  • Clean and professional appearance

  • Commitment to honesty, integrity, and reliable work ethic

  • Must pass a nationwide criminal background check

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to work a computer based booking system.

  • Knowledge of Millenium Systems a plus.

  • Previous experience in a SPA environment and Murad cosmetics a plus..
