Qualified candidates should be comfortable spending a large portion of their day on the phone. Make cold calls and following up with prospects and existing customers. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Additional duties include general office/clerical support. Greet walk-in customers. Answer incoming phone calls. Assist readers and customers as needed. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills This position requires a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be proactive in order to meet and exceed goals. **Employer will hire 18 & up** Candidate must pass background check.
