Job Description

The role of the Guest Services Coordinate is to proficiently operate the Guest Services Bell Desk Center while assisting with guest requests.


  • Be fully acquainted with the different points of interests near the Riverwalk, Downtown, and other surrounding areas

  • Interact with guests at the bell desk/motor lobby in a friendly, warm manner ready to provide service with directions, recommendations and or with vehicle/luggage requests.

  • Proficiently operate the Bell Desk by promptly answering guest phone calls, tracking guest vehicles requests, tracking luggage assistance requests and tagging guest luggage.

  • Stock guest water refrigerator and kids packs.

  • Proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests

  • Ensure that public areas are maintained, clean and tidy by partnering with the Housekeeping Department

  • Perform all responsibilities while following Moments of Service standards



  • Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays

  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) in English with guests and associates.

  • Strong Computer Skills (Opera and Microsoft Office)
