CUDD Pressure Control, Inc Administrator in Midland, Texas

The primary role of the administrator is to provide general administrative and clerical support.


  • Answer incoming calls & routing to the appropriate party, if applicable (Front Desk).

  • Create purchase orders (POs), receiving POs in the system, matching/verifying & processing invoices for payment (Accounts Payable).

  • Time and labor reporting, including the accumulation of job bonuses, if applicable (Payroll).

  • Assist in the month end close out process.

  • Assist in job scheduling and other special project needs that may be assigned by the Regional Accounting Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, VP, RPC and others.

  • Code invoices and expense reports, reconcile purchase orders, and process company expenses and time sheets for submission.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.

  • Update company accounts and work instruction policies.

  • Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to workers, and act as custodian of local documents and records.

  • Perform various duties and activities as assigned.



  • A high school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States


  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).

  • Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Able to work within tight deadlines.

  • Able to communicate with employees at all managerial levels and maintain effective working relationship with company personnel.
