The primary role of the administrator is to provide general administrative and clerical support.
Answer incoming calls & routing to the appropriate party, if applicable (Front Desk).
Create purchase orders (POs), receiving POs in the system, matching/verifying & processing invoices for payment (Accounts Payable).
Time and labor reporting, including the accumulation of job bonuses, if applicable (Payroll).
Assist in the month end close out process.
Assist in job scheduling and other special project needs that may be assigned by the Regional Accounting Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, VP, RPC and others.
Code invoices and expense reports, reconcile purchase orders, and process company expenses and time sheets for submission.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
Update company accounts and work instruction policies.
Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to workers, and act as custodian of local documents and records.
Perform various duties and activities as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple projects at one time.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Able to work within tight deadlines.
Able to communicate with employees at all managerial levels and maintain effective working relationship with company personnel.
