Position Description Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Prepares reports for monthly

  • Pulls accurate reports from Avaya phone system

  • Pull accurate reports from IDX and NCentarus needed by OSI office and supervisor

  • Pulls Report through LVM Software as needed

  • Creates monthly log of triage calls received (identifying peak call volume i.e. hours, days, week)

  • Maintains and distributes provider on call schedules

  • Practice effective time management

Occasional Duties Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

Required Qualifications High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications Has work experience with call center/ contact center Work well with programs Excel, Microsoft, Share Point.
