Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.
Expected to keep abreast of current software needs and other office functional needs and to attend training sessions as necessary
Supply administrative support for programs in Marketing and Supply Chain
Set up meetings and colloquia for the area and for individual faculty as needed; supply refreshments when requested
Manage the area budget reports, P-cards, and purchase order processes as directed by the Area Coordinator
Supervise student employees
Manage the Marketing and Supply Chain office and all the daily functions, including, but not limited to, copies for the faculty, telephones, mail, and responding to emails
Assists in processing travel documents for faculty, staff, and students
Responsible for ordering keys, textbooks, office supplies, and maintaining the office copier
Responsible for collecting various forms completed by faculty members and delivering these to the correct person/department
Responds appropriately to inquiries, regarding the area of Marketing and Supply Chain, from the Dean's Office; provides information as requested
Minimum Hire Rate:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work with others in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Texas Tech University systems
