Summary of Position
The Site Registrar enrolls students in the college programs. Collects tuition and fees in accordance with school policy. Creates, maintains, and updates student records. Provides educational information and counseling to all eligible students on program requirements, admissions and withdrawal policies.
Minimum Required Education
Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required.
Minimum Required Experience
Two years of full-time wage earning experience in administrative or clerical field required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word and Excel. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to proofread and verify reports with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to interact affectively with the public and with all levels of employees and Education Center staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
