As a Communications Assistant you will report to the Communications Manager for Customer Experience Operations (CxO) supporting internal communication needs of the business and as well as providing administrative and clerical assistance. You will be an integral member of our team working alongside all groups within the organization and across four locations. Your main responsibilities will be to help with internal and marketing-related communications by creating, proofing, editing content for our electronic and print channels.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Create, edit and distribute various internal communications which include printed materials and online publications while ensuring the group adheres to company brand standards.
Execute communication plans and actions to support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed. Assist with producing, proofreading, and editing presentations and marketing content or collateral as needed to support business initiatives and projects.
Maintain and refresh content on internal websites. Ensure content representing business on external website is current.
Support company-wide or site events/activities through planning, organization, communication, and implementation.
Support Customer Service Operations specific recognition awards program and Customer Experience Operations job exploration program as needed with process flow, collateral, and promotion. Create and coordinate publishing communication monitor messages and corresponding site signing in three Customer Experience Operations locations.
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions including invoice payment processing, coordinating and organizing meetings and events, and adhering to office procedures and brand/marketing protocols.

Critical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Strong communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite
Sharepoint experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
Be prepared to share examples of writing
HS Diploma, Vocational Training or Equivalent
Associates degree preferred.
