PSC Industrial Outsourcing of Michigan, LLC Intern in Deer Park, Texas
Under indirect supervision, performs a wide variety of clerical, administrative support activities for assigned Human Resources functional departments in accordance with PSC policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Processes various applications, employment, reenrollment, pay change information and other confidential forms and records, including I9’s, employee acknowledgements, offer letters,background checks, etc.
§ Enters data such as certifications, using databases, spreadsheets and/or word processing applications.
§ Assists with open enrollment process ensuring completion of process by all assigned EE’s.
§ Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database information
§ Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
§ Performs other duties as assigned.

§ 0 – 1 year applicable experience

§ Strong customer service skills
§ Ability to file
