Detailed Position Description:

Support Undervessel Project Manager for all administrative aspects of the project. To include: coordinating all aspects of the project support, setting contractors up in the Exelon systems (Wizards, Training, Pims), collecting and managing emergency contact

information, outprocessing forms and dose extensions for contractors.

  • Prepare required reading procedure books for all employees to do site required reading.

  • Create/Update all Excel spreadsheets, such as emergency contact, craft yearly dose to see if extensions are necessary, and other spreadsheets as needed.

  • Collect, fax, Xerox and adjudicate problems with the payroll department, associated with timesheets.

  • Check all required procedures daily to ensure all craft personnel are working to the proper revision.

  • Assist the Work Planner in preparing work packages for the techs to work in the field.

  • Check packages for all required initials and signatures for closeout. Enter information into the PIMS database for package closeout

  • Coordinate with the Site Work Plannerin ordering and receiving parts

  • Responsible for maintaining office administrative supplies.

  • Order and distribute hard hats, safety glasses, gloves and chums supplied to technicians

  • Assist the PM in project closer of the office area ie: boxing and preparing inventory list for storage, fed-ex boxes back to the home office.

  • Perform word processing assignments as required by the project leadership team.

  • Perform other clerical related duties including mail, Federal Express, report assembly and coping as required.

  • Coordinate and/or support the In-Processing and Exit Process for all outage personnel.Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

  • Ability to obtain site clearance at a Nuclear Power Plant (includes background investigation, psychological exam, and drug testing)

  • Previously granted unescorted access in the last 365 days and access favorably terminated.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience with web-based programs

  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized

  • Deductive reasoning skills

  • Interpersonal Skills: communicates/interacts well with others

  • Adept in procedural compliance

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Position is 100% travel to domestic customer sitesOther Information:Assignment is for one outage assignment March 1 - April 16, 2018Per Diem while on Outage Assignment (not local to job): $135.00/day (Meals, Lodging & Incidentals - hotel booked by employee)Travel: Booked by employee. Flight & Rental Cars are reimbursed on weekly expense reportsTravel In Day: 8 hours of pay + $135.00/d Per DiemTravel Out Day: 8 hours of pay + up to $40.00 Meal ExpenseBenefits: No Benefits upon hire, eligibility reviewed each year based on hours worked (1560/yr to be eligible)Note: Selected employees hourly employees and will be paid for actual hours worked. This is not a full time position where employees are paid 52 weeks a year. The job is outage season based, where the work months are spring and fall. Typical months off are May-August. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
