    We are looking for a part time Concierge to work the 2p-10p shift 3 days a week.


Responsible for interacting in a courteous and friendly manner with guests, callers, residents and staff. Performs light clerical duties.


The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Sets the tone as the face of Hospitality for Querencia.

  • Assists residents with transportation/valet requests, work orders, and other special requests.

  • Answers outside calls as needed.

  • Adheres to standards and guidelines for Querencia’s concierge desks.

  • May fulfill role at both Independent Living and Plaza concierge desks.

  • Participates in mandatory trainings and in-service.

  • Assists in ongoing orientation and training of new Team Members.

  • Coordinates communication between Concierge and Transportation/Valet Team Members.

  • Acts as first point of contact for all maintenance requests for both residents and other departments. Submits work order requests and inputs information into PM Works system in a timely manner.

  • In Independent Living, Has full understanding of security systems and responds appropriately to system prompts.

  • In Plaza, assists Nursing Staff with emergency situations.

Educational Requirements and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;

  • One to three years related experience in a customer service environment, preferable in a senior living setting.
